∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make data-driven decisions.

∎ Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to align sales promotions with product offerings.
∎ Analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
∎ Train and mentor the sales team to enhance their performance and customer engagement.
∎ Prepare reports on sales performance and purchasing metrics for senior management.
