Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in the field and travel within the assigned territory.
Self-motivated, honest, punctual, and target-oriented.
Ability to build professional relationships with retailers and dealers.

1. Achieve assigned sales targets and promote company products in the designated territory.

2. Visit retail shops regularly to generate orders and increase product availability.

3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and distributors.

4. Expand market coverage and identify new business opportunities.

5. Monitor product stock, sales activities, and competitor performance.

6. Submit daily market visit, sales, and order reports to the supervisor.

7. Support promotional campaigns and implement company-approved sales schemes.

8. Assist in payment collection and follow up on outstanding dues as instructed.
