Job Context:
∎ "Khulshi Mart" is one of the leading Super Store in Chattogram, Bangladesh. Khulshi Mart started its journey in 2006, with the goal to provide residents of Chittagong a shopping experience with uncompromising quality and service.
∎ The main concept of starting Khulshi Mart. is to bring the consumers of all classes of our society under a roof from where they will enjoy shopping in our friendly environment with confidence about the genuine products, freshness, pricing, product packaging, and presentations as well as a contribution on improving life standard.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
∎ Take care of the starting points of the store formula like service, store performance
∎ Serves customers by helping them to select products.
∎ Responds to customers' questions.
∎ Responsible for ensure top level of customer service and build rapport with customer and maintain.
∎ Responsible for always active for customer service.
∎ Ringing up sales and arranging for delivery or pick-up of the customer's order if needed
∎ Inviting the customer to join a loyalty program if there is one
∎ Assisting in maintaining the back stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor,
∎ Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise, Responsible for the stock accuracy level and ensure weekly inventory with in responsible area.
∎ Collaborating with fellow team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times
∎ Need a positive& friendly attitude with excellent communication skills.
∎ Process sales transactions& accept payments
∎ Calculate and return change when required
∎ Answer customer questions about products or services
∎ Responsible for POS opening and closing when require.
∎ Responsible for maintain hygiene floor, basket & trolley and over all POS area.
∎ Need to inform to customer & maintain B-Kash, Rocket, Nagad, Flexi load service.
∎ Responsible for free product availability and disbursement to specific purchaser.
∎ Need to share message or inform to customer about our special service like- gift card, member ship, loyalty point, sales return, customer complaints, credit bill, home delivery and new products etc.
∎ Need to take new product demand from customer and feedback.
∎ Responsible for properly POS close and ensure POS sheet maintain through system,
∎ Responsible for check body price vs system price,
∎ Supports managers on realization of sales, development and profit goals.
∎ Responsible for the performance of his / her respective department /area
∎ Need to know about product movement and raise demand every week.
∎ Need to check near expiry and availability of top moving product.
∎ Responsible for product analysis, slow moving product and new product demand.
∎ Need to work with display, shelf talker and ensure high GP Product display and availability.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication & negotiation skill.
∎ Strong leadership skill.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good command in English both oral and written.
