Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare corporate sales plan and to achieve set target
∎ Make target customer group and visit plan prepare for weekly & monthly
∎ Develop and coordinate plans with outlet and corporate to increase corporate sales
∎ To prepare individual customer wise sales target budget and to maintain business point wise cost Vs profitability ensure.
∎ Competitor data analysis, Present market conditions, prospect customer data, Assist line manager for upcoming business.
∎ To identify or find out new market and customer and to plan for specific programs like, Local renewed organization, multinational and foreign and local joint venture project or organization, medical college / hospitals / EPZ's etc for business expansion.
∎ Weekly Report on Sales and visit. flow up and next week, quarterly and monthly plan and report preparation. Customer Complaint reconciliation with guidance of line Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as marketing officer or similar role
∎ Solid knowledge of marketing
∎ Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
∎ Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics
∎ Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
∎ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
∎ Creativity and commercial awareness
∎ A team player with a customer-oriented approach
