Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Excellent knowledge about reservation & ticketing (Preferred knowledge in Galileo,
∎ Abacus & sabre system, preparation of itineraries and fare calculation etc.)
∎ Need to know how to make holiday packages, email correspondence with clients and
∎ counterpart,
∎ Take initiatives to achieve the sales & collection target of the company.
∎ Visit to different organization for developing sales.
∎ Liaising with coach operators, airlines, hoteliers, resort reps and other agencies of
∎ local & foreign Countries.
∎ Producing brochures and Internet-based information
∎ Providing pricing information
∎ Handling bookings, invoicing and issuing of full package.
∎ Keep contact with the corporate clients
∎ Maintain relation/liaison with all air lines offices and air ticket/visa agents
∎ Gather & apply worldwide destination knowledge during sales.
∎ Update information collected from Airport for entrance and departure and related
∎ matters.
∎ Answer all calls and provide satisfactory feedback to the customers.
∎ Active high levels of customer service at all times.
∎ Inform clients about required documentation for visa processing.
∎ Help to prepare & submit the documents to the embassy for visa processing.
∎ Appointment for interviews of the clients with the embassy.
∎ Contribute to team meeting & activities.
∎ Ensure customer service by treating all colleagues, customers as you would your
∎ own.
∎ To achieve objectives and exceed monthly sales targets in co-operation with all
∎ others departments.
∎ Plan and produce a tactical sales call plan each week with an update of the previous
∎ week.
∎ Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email regarding Airlines
∎ Ticketing and Hotel booking.
∎ Multi functional skill is pre-requisite criteria for this position
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have strong communication skills both English & Bengali Nice Gestures &
∎ Postures. (Written and Spoken).
∎ Flexible for office working hours.
∎ Must have knowledge about MS Office, excel, Photoshop, illustrator and networking
∎ etc.
Salary: Negotiable
