Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To visit customer shops, pharmacies and selling partners' offices everyday.
∎ To sell the products produced by the organization and to create new markets
∎ Regularly visit to customers, increase sales and, if necessary, get their feedback on products
∎ Introducing the company's products or services to new customers
∎ Provide sales presentation, followup visit and call to new and existing customers.
∎ To keep accurate account of product sales and to inform the manager about this regularly
∎ Be very target oriented, hard working, with mentality of working hard with patience;
∎ Have a positive attitude; Work as a team.
∎ Being able to establish a good relationship with the buyer;
∎ Ability to adapt quickly to any situation;
∎ Ability to communicate with different levels of people
∎ Preference is given to those who have experience working with various Marketing, Sales, Teaching, Training, medical items sales, publications, stationery and various educational institutions.
∎ Job Location: Outside Dhaka - Each District is applicable. Candidates can work in their own location.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 40 years
∎ Experience not required. Additional experience is preferable.
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Has to be energetic, Well dressed, Formal and professional look and personality.
∎ Consultative selling skill.
∎ Working in field is must. Everyday field visit has to be done.
∎ Have to report over phone and zoom meeting.
∎ Ability to handle stress and have the mind-set to "Go an extra mile".
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Self-motivated, result driven and having passion for winning.
∎ Good negotiation capability.
∎ Ability to accept rejection.
∎ Have to have a smartphone and computer.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
