∎ নোভা পাওয়ারট্রনিক্স পণ্য, অনলাইন ইউপিএস, এভিআর, আইপিএস, ব্যাটারি, জেনারেটর ইত্যাদির জন্য সেলসম্যান খুঁজছে। প্রাথমিক নির্বাচনের পরে, আমরা আপনাকে মুখোমুখি সাক্ষাত্কারের জন্য কল করব।
∎ আবেদনের শেষ তারিখ ২৫ আগস্ট ২০২৪ (আগে আসলে আগে বাছাই)।
∎ যোগদানের তারিখ 1 সেপ্টেম্বর বা যত তাড়াতাড়ি সম্ভব।

∎ কাজের সংক্ষিপ্ত বিবরণ:
∎ 1.    সকাল ৯টা থেকে সন্ধ্যা ৬টা পর্যন্ত কাজের সময় ও ফুল টাইম জব। কর্মক্ষেত্র- হেমায়েতপুর সাভার, ঢাকা-১৩৪০।
∎ 2.    সাপ্তাহিক ছুটির দিন শুধু শুক্রবার এবং অন্যান্য সরকারি ছুটির দিন।
∎ 3.    শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা ন্যূনতম এইচএসসি/ডিপ্লোমা ইন ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং/ইঞ্জিনিয়ার  বা অনুরূপ বিষয় ব্যাকগ্রাউন্ড হলে অগ্রাধিকার হবে।
∎ 4.    বেতন ন্যূনতম 20 হাজার টাকা কিন্তু মুখোমুখি ইন্টারভিউয়ের সময় তা বেশি হতে পারে। নিজেকে প্রমাণ করতে পারলে অভিজ্ঞ ব্যক্তি ভালো স্যালারি প্যাকেজ পেতে পারেন।
∎ 5.    বেতন বাদে আপনি বিক্রয় কমিশন পাবেন। কমিশন আপনার মোট বিক্রয় এবং collection পরিমাণের উপর নির্ভর করে।
∎ 6.    এছাড়া আমাদের অফিসের নিয়ম অনুযায়ী বিক্রয়কর্মী হিসেবে অন্যান্য দাপ্তরিক সুবিধা পাবেন।
∎ 7.    বেতন ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্টের মাধ্যমে স্থানান্তর করা হবে তাই আপনাকে সাউথইস্ট ব্যাংকে একটি ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্ট খুলতে হবে।
∎ 8.    3 থেকে 6 মাস পরে, আপনার পারফরম্যান্স মূল্যায়ন করা হবে এবং যদি এটি সন্তোষজনক হয় তবে কর্তৃপক্ষের সিদ্ধান্ত অনুসারে আপনার বেতন বৃদ্ধি পাবে এবং আপনাকে স্থায়ী কর্মচারী হিসাবে পুনরায় নিয়োগ দেওয়া হবে।
∎ 9.    স্থায়ী কর্মচারী নির্বাচিত হওয়ার পরে, আপনি আমাদের সাধারণ কোম্পানির নিয়ম অনুযায়ী বার্ষিক উত্সব বোনাস জন্য অধিকারী হবেন।
∎ 10.   অনলাইন ইউপিএস,  আইপিএস, ব্যাটারির উপর ন্যূনতম ২ বছরের বিক্রয় অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ 11.    আপনাকে ঘন ঘন গ্রাহক অফিস পরিদর্শন করতে হবে, বিক্রয় বৃদ্ধির জন্য মিটিংকরতে হবে এবং আপনাকে নতুন গ্রাহক খুঁজতে হবে।
∎ 12.    একজন বিক্রয়কর্মী হিসাবে, আপনার একটি “বিক্রয় লক্ষ্য (sales target)” রয়েছে এবং বিক্রয় কমিশন আমাদের অফিসের নিয়ম অনুসারে পাবেন। কমিশন % আমাদের নীতি (policy) অনুসারে 2% + পর্যন্ত হতে পারে।13. আপনি ইংরেজি বা বাংলায় ভাষায় উত্তর দিতে পারেন।
