Job Context
- We are looking for a dynamic Sales personnel
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the ensure the sales.
- Identify client needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
- Ensure sales through follow-up process & updating documentation.
- Report time to time to the line manager/ management.
- Handle each & every customer/client with care and sincerity.
- Preserve the necessary information of the customer and report accordingly.
- Establish and maintain profitable relationship with existing and potential customers.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all communication with clients.
- Monitor payment schedules and follow up on outstanding debts.
- Any other job as and when assigned by the management.
