∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent have to visit corporate/individual prospect like different organization/corporate office/industry/work sites for developing business/creating new customers.
∎ Find out the probable customers & provide them with all information about Organization.
∎ Discover business opportunities by identifying the target market with customers via meeting, phone calls and email
∎ By using a consultative approach to create sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
∎ Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; recommending new products; recommending facilities and service improvements, and after-sales support to clients
∎ Sourcing the market opportunity and Gathering market and customer information by physical sales visits, face to face contact.
∎ Ensure proactive efforts to maintain, prepare & update the database of report
∎ To achieve area wise daily, monthly and yearly sales planning for team members.
∎ To achieve daily, weekly, monthly and yearly sales target.
∎ To provide monthly sales forecast with report presentation
∎ Prepare weekly report & daily visit report to incharge and top management regarding sales performance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ 1 to 3 year(s) experience in relevant business are.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Sales & Marketing, Corporate Sales, HVAC Sales, Engineering Sales, Industrial Sales, Construction Sales, Corporate Marketing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ HVAC, Construction, BBT, Engineering.
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Must have great communication skills & soft skills
∎ Outstanding organizational skills with corporate manners.
∎ Building relationship skills and convincing the client.
∎ Should be an energetic & dynamic person with problem solving aptitude.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and having willingness to travel in different area of inside or outside Dhaka.
∎ Willingness to work under pressure and be a team player with proactive interpersonal skills
∎ Adequate knowledge in MS Office
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Bengali
∎ Should have pleasant personality with positive way of approach to achieve the target.
∎ Positive, go-getter attitude, can do attitude.
∎ Eager to learn with learning aptitude.
∎ Capable of sound reporting for executing management decision.
∎ Applicant should have Pleasant personality, Honest, Presentable, Smart, & hardworking ability.
