Salary: Tk. 15000 - 30000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• 1 to 5 years

• HSC
• Bachelor/Honors

• 1 to 5 years

• Age 18 to 50 years

• Maintain strong relation with existing clients and New Customer.
• Visit potential Customer Such As Engineer, Contractor & Construction Project.
• Generating leads of new customers.
• Building and maintaining a customer database.
• Negotiate properly to close the deal with better profit margins or in win-win position. 
• Attend weekly Sales meeting with top management and providing market feedback.
• Responsible for collecting the payment on time.
• Understanding customer’s business, and identify influencers and decision makers within a customer organization in Enterprise Sales.
• Responsible for achieving individual sales target.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
• Provide regular reports, updates, and insights to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities.
• Regularly visit construction sites for project conversion and generate product demands.
• Maintain relationship with Engineer, Contractor and Mason and arrange regular meeting.
• Prepare district wise influencers database (Engineers, Planers, Architects, Consultants, Contractors).
