∎ Bachelor's degree preferred but not required, relevant experience is sufficient.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acquiring knowledge on marketing policy & other related offers from competitors.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with market stakeholders that includes dealers, retailers, electricians etc.
∎ Understanding market trends and let supervisors know about that.
∎ Ability to meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly and yearly sales quotas & target as per plan.
∎ Provide day to day follow up activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proper knowledge about related market and product.
∎ Competitor activity analyzing ability
∎ Experience in similar electrical & electronics field will be given priority.
∎ Experience with a CRM platform (i.e. Sales Force) a plus.
∎ Preferable knowledge about sales (light, switch and fan).
∎ Proper geological and zone wise market knowledge
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
∎ Motivated, dedicated & self-driven attitude
∎ Sales-driven, results-oriented, and target-driven attitude
∎ Great negotiation skill
∎ Expert in time management
∎ Organized work ethic
∎ Proven track record in sales environment.

Salary: Negotiable
