Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ MBA, M Com Honors Preferably major in Marketing from any recognized University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Brand Planning/ Development, Business Development, Market Research, Marketing, Sales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Forecast the monthly Sales and plan to achieve the primary & secondary Sales.
∎ Closely monitor Retailers Sales performance and arrange motivational facts to enhance Sales.
∎ Set parameters for Retailers and closely monitor their performance.
∎ Prepare Daily Sales report for effective coverage at optimum frequencies.
∎ Report to Senior Management the day to day operation on regular basis.
∎ To plan out incentives & Sales Target for the sales Team.
∎ Regular Coordination with Sales & Marketing to optimize bad debts.
∎ Strongly monitor all irregular & inactive credits.
∎ Monitor periodic credit reviews.
∎ Initiating legal or other recovery actions against customers, if required.
∎ Make action plan for recovery strategy of cement business of the company (in consultation with the Management).
∎ Communicating & perusing with law enforcing agencies if required.
∎ Role is to further expand and consolidate the business of the organization which is fairly established and visibly known across Bangladesh.

∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ A proven Sales Professional having hands on Expertise in controlling a large field force for achieving their targets.
∎ Should be capable of handling the competition judiciously and still enlarge market coverage.
∎ Should be a task master to motivate the teams for higher achievements.
∎ Should have smart, energetic and ready to take challenges
