Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing.
∎ Educational qualification will be relaxed for highly experienced candidate.

∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct research to analyses client needs and requirements (local/national trends and preferences).
∎ Developing and implementing the business development and marketing strategy for hospital in line with its mission and objectives.
∎ Creation and publication of marketing campaigning materials in line with marketing plans.
∎ Set up tracking and evaluation systems of marketing activities.
∎ Identify and analyze main competitors and bring forward options to improve our service to both indoor and outdoor patients/clients (both old and new).
∎ Organize promotional activities for products/ services on special discount and facilities etc
∎ Prepares monthly reports for the Assistant Director/ Deputy Director/CEO/ management by collecting and analyzing business activity and data including monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts.
∎ To design, support and assist in the production of all the campaign materials either in house or through outside design house;
∎ Review and manage the website and all other social media and update on regular and daily basis
∎ Review promotional materials and update;
∎ Ensuring proper liaison & coordination management with our Corporate Clients so that their referrals are increased.
∎ Searching and hunting new clients for Corporate Sales.
∎ To ensure the compliance of our Corporate Clients.
∎ Promote products to the medical professions
∎ Generate prescription to achieve sales target
∎ To organize support for creative execution in a timely and effective manner
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ The applicant should have at least 1 to 3 year experience in the Sales & Marketing position in any renowned Hospitals or Medical College & Hospital.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): patients care dealings.
∎ Self-driven, results-oriented & having good interpersonal relationship.
∎ Ability to coach and train subordinate on subject expert knowledge.
∎ Must have excellent communication ability, both verbal and written, English communication.
Salary: Negotiable
