∎ 5 years in marketing/sales within the hotel ownership and real estate fields.
∎ Promoting and selling residential and commercial real estate, as well as hotel ownership.
∎ Proficient in MS Office and basic internet usage.
∎ High integrity, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Target-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
∎ The candidate should be positive minded, self-motivated, hardworking and ready to work under pressure.
∎ Must be capable to achieve the respective sales targets.
∎ 5 years in marketing/sales within the hotel ownership and real estate fields.

∎ Willingness to work beyond general working hours. Any assignment assigned by the superior authority.
