Job Summary
We are recruiting an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead apartment/plot sales, manage customer relationships, and build a strong channel partner network.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute sales strategy for new and ongoing projects
- Achieve monthly/quarterly booking targets
- Build and manage broker/channel partner network
- Conduct client meetings, site visits & presentations
- Develop pricing, offer plans, and instalment schemes
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with digital team
- Prepare proposals, brochures, and sales kits
- Manage CRM, lead tracking, and customer database
- Collect booking money and follow up on instalments
