Responsibilities & Context:
Product Demos & Presentations: Deliver live, tailored technical demonstrations and slide decks to prospective clients.
Discovery & Requirements Analysis: Lead technical discovery calls to assess a client's current infrastructure, pain points, and system requirements.
Solution Design: Build custom architecture diagrams, scoping documents, and proof-of-concept (POC) environments.
Objection Handling: Answer hard technical questions about security, scalability, and code/hardware compatibility during sales calls.
Proposal & RFP Support: Write and review the technical sections of business proposals, quotes, and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
