Responsibilities & Context:
Posting and processing journal entries to ensure business transactions are recorded.
Updating accounts receivable and issuing invoices.
Submit Bills, Documents, and Samples to and from the party office or suppliers
Build relationships with internal teams, developing an understanding of the products and services we offer, as well as how they are designed to meet the needs of our customers.
Updating accounts payable and performing reconciliations.
Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
Maintain the client’s overall needs via phone or in-person visit.
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns. Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information.
Collects payments from our customers.
Managing the banking accounts of the office.
Purchase if needed.
Any other reasonable duties required.
