We're seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing and Sales Executive who can drive growth by selling our cutting-edge software, mobile app and digital marketing solutions using company leads as well as their own network. Business executives to perform marketing & sales services through physical visits, telephone, mail, online meeting, or any other mode of communication. Market Visit, client hunt, creating the market opportunity to achieve the sales target. Providing sales leads and liaising with other members of the team where appropriate. the candidate will be involved in developing digital marketing strategies, implementing digital marketing & sales plans, and creative planning and execution of all the digital marketing campaigns and developing marketing areas, writing content besides SEO. Candidate must have Sounds knowledge of IT/ITES/ICT/ Software products sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through personal networks, digital platforms, and field marketing, and convert them into sales.
Promote and sell company software solutions and mobile applications to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with both existing and new customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
Understand client needs, present tailored software solutions, and communicate key product features effectively.
Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and negotiations to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with the internal team to prepare proposals, quotations, and promotional materials.
Meet or exceed assigned targets through consistent effort, strategic planning, and customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and report sales performance to management.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Good knowledge of digital marketing like SEO, SEM, SMM, and Inbound & outbound customer traffic-increasing techniques.
Maintain prospect database and communicate via calls, emails, and digital platforms.
Prepare and present technical sales proposals and product demos.
Explain software features, benefits, and pricing clearly to clients.
Coordinate with technical teams to address client inquiries and support needs.
Gather client feedback to enhance products and user experience.
Track sales activities, prepare reports, and update management.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term engagement.
