Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Post-Graduate in any reputed Public or Private universities.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identification of business opportunities, developing and implementing of strategies for business expansion in line with business plan.
∎ Preparation of Daily and Monthly Customer contract plan and implementation of the same.
∎ Customer contact, business gain and cost optimization.
∎ Achieve target volume and Growth of business product and services of BLL.
∎ Conducting regular customer engagement program in an effective way.
∎ Development of different marketing channel for improving volume and market share.
∎ Any other responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2-year(s) experience in Lubricant Market.
∎ Skills Required: Sales & Marketing.
∎ Excellent coordination and presentation skills.
∎ Proficiency in Computer literacy(MS Word, Excel).
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English & Bengali.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Sales Commission, Two festival bonuses.
∎ Salary Review: Yearly.
∎ Festival Bonus: 2(Yearly).
