Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Hon(s)/Degree pass with second class/CGPA 2.50 to all track.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To share all offer & packages to agent everyday.
∎ To bid price with agent under office margine.
∎ To complete daily/weekly/monthly sale target.
∎ To calculate & find product/service cost from official systems.
∎ To notice bill recovery of dues or instant claims.
∎ To recover daily target of sales & client hunting.
∎ To visit client places to bid product/service price.
∎ To contact to corporate clients to set regular sales.
∎ To notice or advice marketing & sales to change volume.
∎ To create & communicate to client regularly by routine.
∎ To mange gift & promotional offer for clients to effect volume.
∎ To report to in-charge daily sales & marketing reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Present residence are near with in 10km from matijheel area.
∎ Experienced are considered to academic field.
∎ No age limits.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ 10:00 to 20:00 duty period.
∎ Cycle/breakfast Lunch facilities.
∎ 2 festival bonus above 50% of salary.
∎ 10% increment above salary every year.
∎ 2 month provisional period.
∎ 1 annual single/couple tour package.
∎ 5% DPS facilities on salary after 2 years.
∎ Off day only Friday & govt. important holydays.
