Job Context:

  • We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager (Stationery Division) who will be responsible for leading nationwide stationery sales operations, managing distribution channels, and driving sustainable business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective nationwide sales strategies for stationery products

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the national sales team to achieve sales targets

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers

  • Appoint new distributors, negotiate commercial terms, and close distribution agreements

  • Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and recommend strategic improvements

  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and reports

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand

  • Ensure timely and effective solutions aligned with customer needs and company goals

  • Report sales performance, market insights, and business updates to senior management

Job Location:

  • Dhaka (with nationwide travel as required)
