Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and target potential customers for C&F services.
∎ Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
∎ Visit client offices to present company services and develop business relationships.
∎ Create and follow up on inquiries, ensuring customer needs are addressed promptly.
∎ Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
∎ Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
∎ Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
∎ Provide customer feedback to management and suggest ways to improve services.
∎ Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance sales performance.
∎ Maintain professionalism in both office work and field visits.
∎ Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales within the C&F or logistics industry.
∎ Education: Minimum HSC certificate with a GPA of 4.6 or higher (any group). Skills and experience will be prioritized over educational qualifications.
∎ Must be proficient in formal communication in Bengali.
∎ Basic proficiency in English is required.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a must.
∎ Ability to establish and maintain relationships with potential clients.
∎ Self-motivated, well-spoken, and smart in appearance.
∎ Owning a bike will be given top priority.

∎ Job Summary:
∎ We are a growing Carrying and Forwarding (C&F) company seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager with at least 2 years of experience in sales within the C&F industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, visiting potential clients, and generating inquiries to drive sales growth. This role requires proficiency in formal communication in Bengali, basic English proficiency, and strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. A smart, professional demeanor and excellent communication skills are essential.
