∎ 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
∎ Strong understanding of B2C sales processes and enterprise sales cycles.
∎ Experience in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation software.
∎ Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
∎ Prior experience leading a sales team is a plus.

∎ Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
∎ Drive new customer acquisition and expand existing accounts.
∎ Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
∎ Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
∎ Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
∎ Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide reports to leadership.
∎ Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to maximize productivity.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to refine sales tactics.
