Job Responsibilities:
∎ Detailed Responsibilities
∎ Building Advocacy for Company
∎ • The most important factor in purchase decision of a customer in this industry is testimonials given by Advocates of Company Implants (Customers, HCPs, Social Activists)
∎ • Design and deliver an outstanding Customer Experience and Hearing Outcome by collaborating with the HCPs (Clinics and Hospitals) to develop / improve the necessary infrastructure in the territory for the same
∎ • Help brand Company build a lifetime of relationship based on trust & care with the Advocates
∎ • Maintain knowledge of and relationships with a large number of active Advocates
∎ • Ensure satisfaction of customers leads to proactive advocacy for Company
∎ Achieve and exceed sales targets and forecasts
∎ • Ensure all Company implant solutions achieve agreed growth targets
∎ • Implement business and marketing plans
∎ • In collaboration with peers in the sale team, develop sales plans and implement sales activities
∎ • Prepare and submit sales reports and sales forecasts on timely basis
∎ Manage HCP Account Relationships
∎ • Establish, develop and foster relationships with all relevant HCPs and Accounts within the territory to ensure Company is the preferred brand
∎ • Build and leverage relationships with current and potential HCP / Account in order to achieve sales targets while delivering high quality of Customer Experience
∎ • Implement all steps of account planning – from Annual to pre-call planning
∎ • Implement partnership plans with key HCPs / Accounts
∎ • Work closely with Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure all Account requirements, queries and complaints are handled quickly and efficiently
∎ Drive Market Growth
∎ • Increase referrals and sales for Cochlea’s products through a mix of traditional as well as innovative activities
∎ • Identify potential customers, present information about Company products, secure sales commitment
∎ • Identify key decision makers and influencers, develop and leverage relationships to support the introduction of new Company products
∎ • Support and drive marketing initiatives to raise awareness amongst HCPs and targeted general public
∎ • Assist in establishing relationships between surgical centers and referring clinics/ professionals
∎ Support ENT surgeons in operation theatre
∎ • Provide surgical support in the OR for Company procedures during the start-up phase and an on-going basis as necessary
∎ • Monitor and assess quality of services provided by surgeons and O.R. teams, and address any training needs or implement interventions
∎ • Ensure O.R. staff are trained to support Company surgeries, including the use of BAHA capital equipment and instruments
∎ • Develop a thorough knowledge of Company products and a sound knowledge of target customer/patient base, including:
∎ ­ Company hearing solutions;
∎ ­ Patient candidacy criteria;
∎ ­ Patient referral, selection and evaluation processes
∎ ­ Surgical, clinical and technical product knowledge
∎ ­ post implantation best practices
∎ Facilitating the clinic’s experience of Company by providing timely and reliable Customer Service
∎ • Manage loaner processors
∎ • Manage service & repair process effectively
∎ • Coordinate warranty replacement reverse logistics process to head office
∎ • Investigate and diagnose product returned for repair, prior to returning to Indian Service Centre. Ensure all documentation is complete
∎ Maintain service tools, equipment and documentation
∎ • Ensure testing systems are maintained and calibrated as required
∎ • Record service analysis data onto service request and service database
∎ • Assist in reviewing and composing product service documentation
∎ Adhere to quality and regulatory requirements
∎ • Ensure that Company quality standards and regulatory requirements are maintained
∎ • Follow work instructions, working procedures and all relevant requirements
∎ • Investigate and reply to customer complaints regarding service repair as needed
∎ • Perform all work duties in a manner that ensures the health and safety of all employees
∎ • Immediately report all incidents, accidents, hazards or unsafe work conditions to management
∎ Develop market intelligence
∎ • Develop knowledge of competitor practices and activities, and identify strategies to counteract these
∎ • Attend trade shows, conferences and congresses in the region
∎ • Be the eyes and ears of the company regarding all activities in the territory
∎ Team member responsibilities
∎ • Follow relevant quality procedures in order to deliver quality products and services and identify and support the implementation of continuous improvement
∎ • Contribute ideas on systems and process methods to improve deliverables
∎ • Work safely, complying with all safety procedures, rules and instructions; and reporting workplace hazards, incidents or injuries to manager

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ ­ First class Science degree from a reputed Institution eg BE(Electronics), BTech, BSc
∎ ­ 6+ years sales experience with a multinational company, preferably within a related sector (medical devices, implants or ENT surgical solutions), with a key account focus.
∎ ­ Stable work history: >3 years / role, preferably internal promotion
∎ 4-6 years’ experience in Medical devices or an MBA with around 3 years relevant experience.

Salary: Tk. 80000 - 100000 (Monthly)
