Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet patients and assist with the registration process.Collect and verify patient information, including personal details, medical history, and contact information.
∎ Ensure accurate entry of patient data into the hospital or diagnostic center's system.
∎ Provide patients with details of services offered and guide them on procedures.
∎ Billing and Payment Handling Prepare and generate bills for diagnostic tests and services.
∎ Ensure accurate calculation of charges based on tests or services availed.
∎ Handle cash, card, or online payments, and issue receipts.Manage reconciliation of daily transactions and handover of collections to the finance department.
