Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist patients with preparing for diagnostic tests or procedures.
∎ Ensure patients are comfortable and explain the procedure to reduce anxiety.
∎ Assist patients in changing into appropriate clothing (e.g., hospital gowns) for exams.
∎ Provide emotional support to patients during the testing process.2. Patient Transport Escort patients to and from diagnostic rooms.
∎ Transport patients who may have mobility challenges to their test areas using wheelchairs or stretchers.
