∎ Excellent communication skills with verbal, written & e-mail.
∎ Should have sound experience in using and operating HIS.
∎ Should be able to apply and modify professional nursing techniques and best practices to provide excellent patient care.
∎ Ability to handle high-stress situations and make critical decisions.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversees and coordinates the entire nursing team, to ensure their nursing staff performs their jobs correctly and with safety protocols.
∎ Provide round for all IPD and OPD floors at least twice in a day, discuss with patients and their attendants about doctor's visit, routine examination of vital signs, timely administration of drugs and diet, bed change and bed making.
∎ Creating and distributing duty rosters, monitoring patient records, and delivering weekly reports.
∎ Provide leadership and support to nursing staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
∎ Communicate with respective Consultants, Medical Officers about conditions of the patients and any treatment related complain of the patients or attendants.
∎ Ensuring patients are comfortable before, during, and after procedures and surgeries.
∎ Inform hospital managers about any emergency situation well ahead of time.
∎ Assess and address the development needs of nursing staff. Then provide various training to all the nurses on a regular basis.
∎ Reacting calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
∎ Oversee the maintenance of patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
∎ Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with patients, medical staff, and non-medical staff.
∎ Carry out any other relevant activities assigned by the authority as and when necessary.
