Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Delivering physical or digital reports to patients or their representatives.
∎ Verifying recipient details to ensure reports reach the correct person.
∎ Ensure payment dues clearance at the time of Report delivery.
∎ Utilizing courier or email systems for remote delivery when required.
∎ Providing patients or clients with instructions regarding report collection.
∎ Addressing inquiries about report availability and delivery timelines.
∎ Resolving any discrepancies or delays in report delivery.
∎ Liaising with front desk and customer service teams for seamless patient experience.
∎ Communicating with doctors, clinics, or hospitals regarding specific report requirements.
∎ Maintaining accurate logs of report deliveries and recipient confirmations.
∎ Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
∎ Using specialized software for report tracking and delivery management.
