Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Accurately transcribe diagnostic reports, including imaging studies, laboratory results, and pathology reports, dictated by healthcare providers.
∎ Ensuring Accuracy and Confidentiality-verify the accuracy of medical terminology, procedures, and diagnoses in the transcription.
∎ Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information in accordance with organizational policies.
