Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage the sales of parent stock day-old chicks (DOCs).
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with poultry breeders, dealers, and integrators.
∎ Forecast demand and plan monthly and quarterly sales targets.
∎ Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction in coordination with hatchery and logistics teams.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, and pricing strategies.
∎ Lead and manage the sales of parent stock day-old chicks (DOCs).
