Target Achievement & Lead Conversion: Take full ownership of the sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and successfully closing self-generated and company-assigned leads. The candidate is expected to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through aggressive market penetration and effective deal closure.
Market Growth: Drive business growth by promoting PMSS manufacturing consultancy and operational excellence projects specifically within the RMG and textile sectors.
Client Acquisition: Identify and convert new business opportunities through problem-solving sales and strategic engagement with large manufacturing groups.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain high-level relationships with Group MDs, Chairmen, CEOs, and Factory Heads (GM/COO).
Sales Execution: Lead the full sales cycle, from factory floor needs analysis to proposal development, negotiation, and contract finalization.
Solution Design: Work with internal technical consultants to create customized ROI-based proposals that address specific factory pain points (e.g., Lead Time reduction, Cost Optimization).
Commercial Lead: Serve as the main commercial contact during projects to ensure client satisfaction, contract renewals, and upselling of additional modules.
Brand Presence: Represent the company at BGMEA/BKMEA events, industry summits, and executive webinars to build a high-trust pipeline.
Strategy: Provide regular feedback on competitor pricing and market shifts in the Bangladesh apparel landscape to support strategic growth.
