∎ 7-10 years’ working experience as a Sales Manager in a reputed Pharmaceutical Company.
∎ Sound knowledge Sales & Marketing
∎ Strong understanding of the major pharmaceutical companies' competitor’s Products.
∎ The applicants should have well conversant in English is a MUST.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and transactions.
∎ Prepare reports on team performance and market conditions.
∎ Ensure compliance with legal and company policies in all transactions.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills and Computer data complication / generation is a must.
∎ Result oriented to meet stressing deadline.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To formulate brand plan and propose various Sales strategies in accordance to corporate policy for the Company.
∎ Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
∎ To plan various activities as per the phase wise Sales Strategic plans.
∎ To explore newer geographical area new markets, for customer target.
∎ To explore new product feasibility for business plan.
∎ To do regular fieldwork to understand and develop sound Sales plan.
∎ Monthly detailed report of the activity should be submitted to the management.
∎ Weekly progress report should be submitted in brief to the management about the activities assigned.
∎ Implementing sales strategies that meet overall organizational goals.
∎ Liaising between the Sales department and upper leadership.
∎ Evaluating the effectiveness of old Sales programs and the viability of new ones
∎ Managing relationships with the media and the wider community.
