Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
∎ Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.
∎ Conceptualize digital marketing initiatives,analyze data and measure results.
∎ Plan and monitor marketing campaigns.
∎ Partner with brand owners to leverage all marketing opportunities on Jilan & Co.
∎ Create and manage product descriptions for platform.
∎ Pioneer and create new opportunities with ecommerce accounts, identifying white space and marketing opportunities to generate sales.
∎ Become immersed and educated in all of the categories,brand products.
∎ Conduct extensive online research, at all times understanding marketing and sales strategies from all major ecommerce retailers.
∎ Actively participate in scheduled internal daily and monthly sales meetings with the Owner.
∎ Achieving sales target given by the authority.
∎ Willingness to do outdoor work & able to travel extensively.
∎ Collect market information which helps to take strategic decision for company and responsible for develop corporate sales.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ 2/3 years experiences in sourcing in managerial role.
∎ Looking for an innovative and forward-thinking candidate who will work hard and enthusiastically take on many responsibilities
∎ More than 3 years Product sales and Ecommerce experience in Sales Manager position
∎ Exceptional time management skills; ability to organize, prioritize,and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives.
∎ Experience with digital marketing and online sales.
∎ Superior verbal and written communication skills are required..
∎ Microsoft Software; Word,Excel,PowerPoint,Outlook and Database related programs are required.
