Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably commerce.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve sales target focusing new business under the guidance and leadership of Head of Individual Life Business
∎ Support team members in all aspects of the sales process and keep them accountable to achieve business target with values.
∎ Achieve the target business through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance and projecting future performance.
∎ Lead a sales team, guide & coach them. Follow up them regarding Business deal and all other supports.
∎ Regular visit in assigned Branches and potential high-end clients.
∎ Motivate team members to maintain a high-performance sales force.
∎ Meet with team members one-on-one weekly to review performance, progress, and targets.
∎ Developing new customers base through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, persistency and customer satisfaction.
∎ Coordinate with the cross functional team in the business lines.
∎ Prepare reporting as needed for head of Individual Life and Management weekly and monthly basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s) as UM and above position is standard life insurance.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Life Insurance sales in standard Life Insurance companies (3 tier distribution model).
∎ Sales experience (Life Insurance) with proven leadership ability.
∎ Excellent communication & analytical skills.
∎ Team Player & Good time-management skills.
∎ Working knowledge of MS Office.
