Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum HSC but Graduate preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve sales target focusing new business under the guidance of Sales Manager.
∎ Support team members in all aspects of the sales process and keep them accountable to achieve business target and goal.
∎ Achieve the sales target and FA recruitment target.
∎ High grade FA recruitment and guide them with proper training and mentoring.
∎ Necessary customer visit with FAs to ensure clients need.
∎ Motivate team members to maintain a high-performance sales force.
∎ Meet with FA one-on-one weekly to review performance, progress, and targets.
∎ Developing new customers base through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, persistency and customer satisfaction.
∎ Prepare reporting as needed for head of Individual Life and Sales Manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s) as FA or above position is standard life insurance.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Life Insurance sales in standard life Insurance companies (3 tier distribution model).
∎ Sales experience (Life Insurance) with proven leadership ability.
∎ Excellent communication & analytical skills.
∎ Working knowledge of MS Office.
