Responsibilities & Context: Golf House Holding offers various SKUs including PRESSMEET, TURBINE, BIRDLAND, and TheGolfHouse Magazine, which is Bangladesh`s First Ever Golf Magazine. The magazine serves as a cross-platform golf media brand, delivering content in both print and online formats, along with social and digital versions. It provides extensive coverage to golfers through multiple channels, offering the latest news, tournament updates, trends, and valuable tips from top players and teaching professionals on a monthly basis. Golf House Holdings looking for an energetic, dynamic and experience Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and motivating the sales team. This involves regular one-on-one meetings, recognizing top performers, addressing performance issues, and fostering a positive sales culture.
- Plan, organize and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly sales target.
- Hiring, training, and developing the sales team. This includes onboarding new hires, providing ongoing coaching and mentorship, and identifying training needs. The goal is to build a high-performing sales force.
- Analyzing sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Maintaining relationships with key accounts and clients. They may be involved in major deals and account management.
- Reporting on sales performance to leadership. Sales managers regularly update executives on progress towards goals and the health of the sales pipeline.
In summary, sales managers are responsible for leading, managing, and optimizing the sales function to drive revenue growth for the company. They balance people management, strategy, and analysis to maximize sales results.
