Job Responsibilities:
∎ Tacking responsibility for leading the effective, safe & profitable operations of the Frozen food Department.
∎ Plan daily operations, stock maintaining & follow company procedure & profitability guidelines.
∎ Supervising, developing, training & managing team members of Frozen food department.
∎ Communicate & work cooperatively with store director, Dept. Managers & frozen team members.
∎ Thorough knowledge of the operations of frozen food department & also its product.
∎ Analyze sales data & looks for areas where need to improvement & develop effective sales strategies & improve sales function.
∎ Ability to analyze competitor activities, promotion offer & campaign & pricing also for smooth operations of Frozen items.
∎ Meet with potential customers & negotiate business deal.
∎ Tacking accountability for meeting financial goals of the company & identifying areas of operations.
∎ Ability to work independently, to take responsibility for actions & to collaborate as part of a team.
∎ Capability for problem solving & decision making.
∎ Develop & sustain strong relationship with company stakeholder & customers.
∎ Conduct periodic market analysis in frozen food category & to identify new business opportunities.
∎ Ensuring order & maintain proper inventory & merchandising also.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 year(s) experience in same position (FMCG preferable)
∎ Good communication skill both in English and Bangla
∎ Should be capable to lead sales team with leadership quality
∎ Ability to work in a team environment & under pressure
