Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in any reputed university of Bangladesh. Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Freight Forwarding/ C&F
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Freight forwarding

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer service, operations, documentation, vas knowledge .
∎ Target oriented performance ability.
∎ Solid knowledge of freight forwarding principles
∎ Organized and strategic sales planner
∎ Critical thinker with the ability to develop territory sales plans based on products.
∎ Proficiency with sales automation and customer relationship management tools
∎ Develop new business strategies, conduct market analysis, and develop new and improved methods for selling “Tamishna logistics” products.
∎ Proficiency with MS Office excel, expert proficiency with presentation tools etc.
∎ Excellent negotiation, sales closing, communication skill with local & overseas partner.
∎ Ability to travel for regular sales activities and others
∎ Experience on supply chain management.
∎ Reporting to Head of units .

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
