• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup

1. Over 5 years of successful experience selling BSS/OSS software or industry-specific digital solutions to telecom operators or large enterprises in the Bangladeshi or South Asian markets.

2. A deep understanding of client business pain points and the ability to translate complex software product features into clear customer value.

3. Excellent communication and high-level relationship building skills; proficient in English and Bengali as working languages.

4. Results-oriented, with an entrepreneurial spirit, and capable of independently leading and completing complex sales cycles.
