Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
∎ Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
∎ Responsible for all the sales activities
∎ Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
∎ Make connections between retail outlets and the manufacturers
∎ Ensure visibilities of the product in outlets
∎ Seeking new opportunities for sales generation
∎ Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
∎ Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
∎ Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
∎ S/he must be employed and deployed geographically
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 years of experience in sales of food or Fast Moving Consumer Goods(FMCG)
∎ Strong oral and written communication skills
∎ Proven track record on sales of particular product line
∎ Excellent leadership skills
∎ Experience setting sales goals
∎ Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
∎ Should have clear idea about shops and outlets of the targeted area
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office
