Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare sales and marketing Strategy for the company
Market Data analysis and submit report to Management
Develop market and business plan
Coordinate with every team and monitor their performance
Appoint new dealer and sales force in blank market.
Monitor sales force daily activities-including attendance, visit & sales/order collection.
