∎ Oriental Eco Woods Ltd is a leading wood composite product manufacturer in Bangladesh.
∎ We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager (Board) who has minimum 7 (Seven) years working experiences in the Board industry.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist superior to establish short & long-range sales goals and collaboration with sales executives, setting sales targets, profit growth, market share & other goals.
∎ To motivate and maintain the liaison with the dealers & field forces to successfully achieve the sales target.
∎ To explore new market and appoint new distributors in the potential areas.
∎ Setting strategy to promote products to the prospective clients.
∎ To prepare daily/monthly sales or sales related any other reports for the top management as and when required.
∎ Should have proper knowledge regarding industry, competitors and promotional activities.
∎ To achieve sales and collection target as per business plan.
∎ To follow up and monitor distribution up to the dealers/customer's point.
∎ Develop new dealers and maintain good relationship with existing customers.
∎ Frequently Visit of different areas of Dealers to generate sales.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Computer literacy is must (Specially in MS Office).
∎ Must have detail knowledge about Doors & Boards market.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Must be responsible to draw up the strategic road-map to increase the sales.
∎ Must have visionary leadership quality with better attitude to achieve the ambition.
Salary: Negotiable
