∎ Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Greet customers, identify customer needs, and assist them.
∎ 2. Pitch relevant products to customers and answer all product-related queries.
∎ 3. Build sustainable relationships with customers and ensure they have a positive experience.
∎ 4. Manage shop shelves and product stock.
∎ 5. Update and follow up on the customer's product demand and forward it to the product management department
∎ 6. Handle customer complaints with care and sincerity.
∎ 7. Good communication skills with customers.
∎ 8. Assist the inventory team in managing stock and smooth product dispatch to the delivery partner.
∎ 9. Skills in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets (Beginner Level)
∎ 10. Good corporate and social manner, maintaining honesty and integrity
∎ 11. Good understanding of e-commerce preferred
∎ 12. Team collaboration ability
∎ 13. Report from time to time to the team leader for complicated issues.
∎ 14. Following office guidelines and reporting
∎ 15. Other tasks assigned by the management.

∎ Experience Requirement: Minimum 1 Year (Experience in sales of fashion/lifestyle brand showrooms will be given preference)

∎ Age Requirement: 20 to 30 years

∎ Remuneration: 12,000-15,000 + Sales Commission
∎ Probation Period: 6 Months
∎ Working Days: 6 days in a week
