∎ 1. Excellent typing speed in both English and Bengali
∎ 2. Good communication skills in both Bengali and English
∎ 3. Skills in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheet
∎ 4. Good corporate and social manner, maintaining honesty and integrity
∎ 5. Good understanding of e-commerce preferred
∎ 6. Team collaboration ability & leadership skill

∎ Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Provide customer service through Facebook page management
∎ 2. Understand customer requirements and provide informative solutions by ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ 3. Receive customer orders and assign them to the concerned department.
∎ 4. Regular customer follow up
∎ 5. Report from time to time to the team leader for complicated issues.
∎ 6. Office spreadsheet management
∎ 7. Following office guidelines and reporting
∎ 8. Other tasks assigned by the management.

∎ Remuneration: 12k (Probation Period)
∎ Probation Period: 6 Months
∎ Working Days: 6 days in a week
