Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Department: Sales
∎ Location: Dhaka
∎ Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Development Lead
∎ Duration: 3 Months; July 2025 to October 2025
∎ Job Summary:
∎ We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Intern to support the sales team in lead generation, client communication, and overall business development efforts. This role will provide hands-on experience in a dynamic sales environment and help develop essential skills in sales, communication, and CRM systems.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ • Assist in identifying potential leads and new business opportunities through research.
∎ • Support the sales team in reaching out to prospective clients via email, phone, or LinkedIn.
∎ • Maintain and update the CRM/database with accurate client and lead information.
∎ • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and other supporting materials.
∎ • Attend client meetings (online/offline) as required and take meeting notes.
∎ • Track and report on sales activity and results.
∎ • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support campaign follow-ups.
∎ • Perform administrative tasks to support the overall sales process.
∎ Requirements:
∎ • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
∎ • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
∎ • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
∎ • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
∎ Office Time:
∎ 9 AM to 6 PM
∎ Weekend ( Friday)
∎ Salary & Benefit:
∎ Monthly 10,000 Taka Salary
∎ Benefit: 3% Sales Commission
