Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet customers as they arrive at the counter and ask them how they would like to be assisted.
∎ Listen to customers' requirements closely and provide them with information on available pieces and sets.
∎ Show customers their desired pieces and provide information such as setting types, stones, and cuts.
∎ Provide customers with information on prices and any associated discounts or deals.
∎ Assist customers in making decisions to buy jewelry pieces or sets and suggest alternatives and complement pieces with clothes and other accessories.
∎ Lead customers through the buying process by boxing, wrapping, and bagging their purchases.
∎ Assist the cashier by providing pricing information according to weight and processing cash and credit card transactions.
∎ Educate customers about after-sale services of sold pieces and ensure that all documentation is included with the bagged product.
∎ Send out thank you notes to customers and keep them in the loop regarding new arrivals.
∎ Arrange window displays on a regular basis and ensure that all displays are appropriately locked and secured.
∎ Ensure that all pieces of jewelry are well-managed, and locked up in assigned storage palaces at the end of the day.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be very enterprising
∎ Well mannered. Respectful behavior is a must.
∎ Fluency in English is preferable.
∎ Excellent knowledge of jewelry products will be added advantage.
∎ Must be able to dress professionally at all times.
∎ Female applicants must know the usages of make-up, during daily activities and on occasional days.
∎ Must be able to stand for a long period during rush hours.
∎ Must be able to take initiatives without being prodded.
∎ Must be able to perform basic financial calculations.
∎ Possess great interpersonal skills with the ability to work under intense pressure to achieve set goals
∎ Active in Social Media.
∎ Skilled in MS office applications, standard computer efficiency, and email communications.
∎ Must have advanced situational judgment ability to know what is needed to satisfy the customers.
