Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
∎ Appointing Distributors, Dealers and Depo around the regions.Develops adequate training programs to improve sales techniques and product knowledge, and to impart complete information regarding company policies.
∎ Maintains necessary personal contact with key customer management, trade groups and key industry personnel to Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships ascertain that maximum sales potential is being achieved.
∎ Analyze with the entire sales team, focus on gaps and mitigate the challenges.
∎ Design and execute various aspects of the sales channel, identify the market coverage gaps and take initiatives to expand the coverage and sustainable growth.
∎ Report on the progress of the company's revenue goals and other qualitative indexes of performance to the management from time to time.
