Job Responsibilities:
∎ Dealing with customers professionally
∎ Processing and maintaining inventory with care
∎ Maintaining product display
∎ Be enthusiastic and updated about products and markets
∎ Take direction from and report to assigned leaders
∎ Be willing to engage in cross-training of tasks in other departments
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 29 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge about Vaping industry and products will be an added advantage
∎ Ability to work under pressure
Salary:
∎ Probation period: 3 months (minimum). During the probation period, your salary will be BDT 10,000 per month.
Salary: BDT 18,000 per month (After successful completion of probation period)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Salary review: Based on performance
∎ 2 days of paid vacation/sick leave per month
∎ Working days: Six days per week (Holidays depend on the designated branch)
∎ Working Time: 11 am - 8.30 pm (Lunch break 1 hour)
∎ Location: Dhanmondi, Banani, Gulshan (The management usually assigns an employee to a specific location after successful completion of the probation period).
