- B2B কাস্টমারদের সাথে নিয়মিত যোগাযোগ ও সম্পর্ক রক্ষা
- Tour Package এবং Visa Services সম্পর্কিত তথ্য দেওয়া ও সেলস বাড়ানো
- Daily Call/Follow-up/Meeting & Reporting
- New Agent/Customer Generate করা
- Social Media ও WhatsApp-এর মাধ্যমে মার্কেটিং ও কমিউনিকেশন
- ইমেইল ও চ্যাট ভিত্তিক সাপোর্ট প্রদান
- Monthly Target মিট করা
