∎ Report to: Chief Executive Officer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet and direct customers.
∎ Provided excellent customer service while on the selling floor, fitting room and front end.
∎ Answer customers' questions about specific products/services.
∎ Receive and process cash, check and credit payments.
∎ Answer Online queries.
∎ Confirm online orders, packing and properly handover to the delivery guy.
∎ Receive and answer phone calls.
∎ Handle tasks of preparing and maintaining sales record on a daily basis
∎ Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing.
∎ Cross-sell products.
∎ Recommend, select and help locate merchandise based on customers needs and desires.
∎ Ensure to keeps the store appealing and presentable manner in a clean and safe environment
∎ Resolves customer inquiries and conflicts
∎ Maintain Knowledge of Fashion Trends and New Styles
∎ Inform customers about discounts and special offers
∎ Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer operating skills
∎ Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
∎ Previous work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, sales associate or similar role
∎ Excellent listening and presentation skills
∎ Problem solving skills.
Salary:
∎ BDT 12 to 15 Thousand ( Based on Experience & Exposure )
